چکیده

نواحی روستایی از اولین مناطق آسیب­پذیر در مواجه با مخاطرات طبیعی هستند و در مقابل چنین خطراتی بیمه نیستند. این نواحی، بسته به موقعیت جغرافیایی خود تحت­تأثیر مخاطرات طبیعی ویژه­ای می­باشند و به علت فقر شدیدتر و دانش و فناوری محدودتر نسبت به دیگر سکونتگاه­های انسانی در برابر خطرات طبیعی آسیب­پذیرترند. به همین دلیل استفاده از تمام ظرفیت­های نواحی روستایی جهت کاستن از میزان آسیب­پذیری امری ضروری می­باشد. در همین راستا هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثرات ظرفیت سازی در دهستان انجیر آب جهت کاستن از میزان خسارات احتمالی بر اثر زلزله می­باشد که بدین منظور از روش تحقیق توصیفی­- تحلیلی استفاده شده است. جامعه مورد مطالعه دهستان انجیرآب در شهرستان گرگان می­باشد که 4 روستای پرجمعیت این دهستان شامل؛ محمدآباد، اکبرآباد، زنگیان و سعدآباد انتخاب و تعداد 200 نفر از سرپرستان خانوار با استفاده از فرمول کوکران انتخاب و پرسشنامه به صورت تصادفی ساده بین آن­ها توزیع شده است. یافته­های به دست آمده با استفاده از نرم­افزار SPSS و آزمون فریدمن و اسپیرمن نشان دهنده ظرفیت بالای دهستان انجیرآب در ابعاد کالبدی- فضایی و نهادی و ظرفیت پایین در بعد اجتماعی- اقتصادی می­باشد.
