تبیین نقش گردشگری در کارآفرینی نواحی روستایی (مطالعه موردی: روستاهای شهرستان املش و رودسر)

چکیده

اقتصاد روستایی بخشی از اقتصاد کشورها را در بر می‌گیرد که با توجه به تعداد ساکنین شاغل در محیط روستایی تأثیر به سزایی در میزان رشد اقتصادی کشورها داشته است.  شناخت ویژگی­های اقتصادی و ابزارهای به کار رفته در فرآیند رسیدن به سطحی مطلوب از توسعه یافتگی بسیار با اهمیت است. گردشگری روستایی یکی از عناصر تأثیرگذار در رشد اقتصاد روستایی و محرک در رونق زندگی روستاییان شناخته شده است. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین نقش گردشگری بر  کارآفرینی نواحی روستایی به دنبال پاسخ به این سوال می­باشد که گردشگری روستایی چگونه می­تواند زمینه توسعه کارآفرینی روستایی را فراهم کند؟ از این منظر، پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی از طریق گردآوری اطلاعات به تکمیل پرسش­نامه در قالب طیف لیکرت طراحی شده و سوالات تحقیق از طریق نرم افزار آماری SPSS و EXCEL  و نقشه­ها با استفاده از نرم افزار ARC GIS  تهیه شده­اند. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 14 نقطه روستایی می­باشد، که از آن میان 383 نفر از سرپرستان خانوار روستایی به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند.  نتایج تحقیق نشان می­دهد که بین گردشگری و کارآفرینی روستایی رابطه مستقیم وجود دارد. نتایج پژوهش با توجه به بررسی‌های صورت گرفته بیان کننده اهمیت گردشگری در روند افزایش اشتغال و رشد کارآفرینی می‌باشد و افزایش توان گردشگری روستایی باعث رونق کسب و کار و افزایش فرصت‌های کارآفرینی و رشد اشتغال در مناطق روستایی می­گردد.
