چکیده

زنان روستایی همواره نقش بسیار مهم و اساسی را در توسعه جوامع روستایی و بخش کشاورزی استان گیلان داشته­اند. اما هیچ وقت این تلاش­ها به طور مجزا از کار مردان انعکاس نیافته و به نقش­های آنان با جدییت کافی  نگریسته نشده است.هدف مطالعه حاضر، بررسی نقش زنان روستایی در توسعه پایدار کشاورزی با تأکید بر اثربخشی فعالیت­های آموزشی-ترویجی در ترویج تولید محصول سالم در استان گیلان می­باشد. که این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و بر پایه روش توصیفی پیمایشی استوار است. اطلاعات مورد نیاز در این مطالعه به صورت پرسش­نامه­ای و کتابخانه­ای جمع­آوری شده و جامعه آماری تحقیق زنان کشاورزی شهرستان لنگرود و رودسر می­باشد. حجم نمونه آماری با توجه به تعداد جامعه آماری پژوهش که زنان روستایی آموزش دیده در این دو شهرستان بنا بر اطلاعات آماری سازمان فنی و حرفه­ای 400 نفر می­باشند از طریق فرمول کوکران 193  نفر محاسبه گردیده است و میزان آلفای کرونباخ برای کل پرسش­نامه برابر با 89/0 بوده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که بین برنامه­های  آموزشی- ترویجی اختصاص یافته برای زنان و درآمد سالانه از تولید برنج و نقش آن­ها در ترویج تولید محصول سالم در روستاها به میزان 99 درصد می­باشد که این بیانگیر رابطه معنا­دار بسیار بالایی بین آنها می­باشد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون بیان­گر این مسئله است که، تنها متغیر بازدیدهای آموزشی- ترویجی وارد تحلیل شد و توانست به تنهایی 26 درصد از متغیر وابسته میزان آگاهی زنان از مضرات سموم دفع آفات نباتی و کودهای شیمیایی را تبیین کند.
